Kathy Esper is the creator of Cracking Your Success Code through the Spirit of the Horse experiences, which support many people to experience the kind of success that feels good and you can be proud of. 

 

Kathy spent 12 years in corporate, where she managed and grew multi-million dollar strategic clients and partnerships in the Fortune 500.  She then started the marketing/business development arm of a regional accounting firm and ran that for 3 ½ years before launching Kathy Esper Enterprises in 2004.  

 

Kathy’s transition from corporate, to medium-sized business, to entrepreneurs, allowed her to refine the best of her business skills and experiences so they became the structure that supports breakthroughs for her clients.  Leveraging her creative nature and pioneering spirit, in 2008, Kathy completed a year-long apprenticeship program through Equine Alchemy to partner with horses in coaching and learning experiences.

 

Her Cracking the Success Code through the Spirit of the Horse programs ignite breakthrough energy in businesses and in lives by creating the nexus point between powerful, transformational energy and practical processes and systems.

 

As a past-board member of the International Coach Federation of New England, including 6 months in the President-elect role, Kathy continues to mentor coaches on the edge of breakthroughs through her groundbreaking Coaches Creative Studio.

 

Kathy is a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF, a Certified Equine- Facilitated Experiential Learning instructor, and holds her MBA from Babson College, the nation's premier entrepreneurial school.
